Processus d'extraction

  1. Réduction de la taille : Le broyage augmente la surface des enzymes.
  2. Hydrolyse enzymatique : Réalisée dans un réacteur aqueux thermostatique et agité.
  3. Séparation : La centrifugation permet d'obtenir trois flux, chacun affiné individuellement en fonction de la qualité microbienne, de la stabilité, de la pureté et du contenu optimisé (par exemple, oligosaccharides, peptides, minéraux).
