Proceso de extracción
- Reducción de tamaño: La trituración aumenta la superficie para las enzimas.
- Hidrólisis enzimática: Realizada en un reactor acuoso termostático y agitado.
- Separación: La centrifugación produce tres flujos, cada uno refinado individualmente para la calidad microbiana, la estabilidad, la pureza y el contenido optimizado (por ejemplo, oligosacáridos, péptidos, minerales).
