UNIPURE RED LC381 HLCis a hydrogenated lecithin coated UNIPURE RED LC381. It is supplied as a red powder that is insoluble in water. This product imparts a soft creamy feel, is easily dispersed in oils, is very resistant to water, and improves stability in emulsion formulations.
