COVALIGHT BLACK OSA 990 ADT-C is a dispersion of UNIPURE BLACK LC 990 ADT-C in Isononyl Isononanoate. It is a high purity and global compliant pigment. This black liquid paste is a dispersion of ADT-C surface treated pigment is used to increase adhesion on the skin while improving spreadability.
