Long wear eyeliner

Two possibilities in one

Either a glossy intense black eye liner with our film forming agent COVACRYL MS11 WP, or a more matt and express drying eye liner with COVACRYL P12. NATPURE CELLGUM PLUS, our best thixotropic thickener for eye make up, keeps pigments in suspension. COVARINE BLACK WS 9199 gives a pure intense black color.
