COVAPEARL SATIN 931 AQ is a hydrophilic PEG-12 Dimethicone coated inorganic pearlescent pigment. It provides better ease of use compared to untreated pearls and appears as a white pearl powder with satin silver highlights. This product is suggested for use in skin care, face make-up, shampoo, soap, eye make-up and toiletries applications.
