Unipure LC AS, alkyl silane surface treated pigments, give the color with good adhesion on the eyes. Covasilic 15, a fumed treated silica, helps to suspend the pigments. Sensibead SI 175 will absorb the excess of oil and water on the eyes to give a matte finish.
You can use the finger or a brush depending on the style you want.
