This formula is a solid makeup removing balm that transforms into a silky oil texture upon application for a gentle and easy makeup removing experience. COVALIP 94 WP is used to form the structure of the balm.
NATPURE FEEL M ECO is an excellent pigment wetting agent hence it is an ideal choice to be used as an oil cleanser emollient.
VEGETABLE CHARCOAL PN94 is added for detox and purifying properties.
