This dual phase toner is obtained with the help of Covasilic 15. Covasilic 15 in polyol such as glycerin creates flocculates which can then suspend oil absorbing powder like Sensibead SI175 and purifying powder such as Oxyde de Zinc Micropur. Fucosorb WP is an algae extract which is known for its soothing and calming properties
