UNIPURE WHITE LC 981 HLC is a hydrogenated lecithin coated Unipure White LC 981. It is supplied as a white powder that is insoluble in water. This product imparts a soft creamy feel, is easily dispersed in oils, is very resistant to water, and improves stability in emulsion formulations.
