Semi-Permanent Brow Tint
This semi-permanent brow gel instantly tints with the use of Unicert-J dyes, fills and defines for fuller looking brows. Developed with Covacryl E14 WP, this formula is waterproof and offers a flexible long lasting and a non-transfer application. Covacryl RH is the thickener offering this light stable texture with excellent spreadability.
