With extensive experience in major French MNCs, Melvyn has been based in Singapore for over eight years, supporting the Asian market in formulation project development. A specialist in makeup, he focuses on new product development, bringing innovative formulations to life. Then we have Rui Qi, an expert in skin and sun care formulation with years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. With a strong technical background, Rui Qi leads and supports customers through complex challenges, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that enhance product performance and efficacy.

For the Europe, Middle East & Africa session, Pamela Eklou, our Marketing Specialist based in France. Pamela started as an Application Manager at Sensient Beauty, specializing in cosmetic colors with expertise in makeup and skin care for over 10 years. Then, she transferred to be a Color Product Manager, providing the best ingredient recommendations to her customers thanks to her technical background. Today, she is a Marketing Specialist for EMEA region, identifying and reinventing beauty trends by bringing insights highlighting consumer needs to our clients.

For the South America session, we have Denise Amorim, Marketing Manager & Jirrah Andrade, Technical Manager as the presenters. Denise has Bachelor in Chemistry and Postgraduate in Business Management & Marketing. Has over than 15 years of experience in the cosmetics field, started her career in R&D, but really fell in love with Marketing. Have worked at companies such as Univar, Aqia and Provital, and is currently responsible for Marketing at Sensient Beauty LATAM. Jirrah graduated with Pharmacy and Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, has more than 15 years of technical experience in makeup, sun care and skin care, including finished products and ingredients companies.

For the North America session, we have Stellie Balthazard, Senior Technical Manager & Esther Adesina, Skin Care Technical Manager as the presenters. Stellie is the Sun Care and Color Cosmetics North America Technical Services Manager for Sensient Beauty. In addition to providing valuable technical support to North American customers, she oversees all application development for the North American market. Stellie received her Master’s degrees in both Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Organique et Minérale (ESCOM) in Compiègne, France. Esther comes with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Having worked for brands, distributors, contract manufacturers, and now a supplier, she brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to the various dynamics of the personal care industry. Esther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University as well as an MBA in Applied Business Analytics from William Paterson University.
