SQUATOL S is a synthetic organic liquid obtained via polymerization and hydrogenation of unsaturated ramified hydrocarbons. It is an oil with a silky feel on the skin, non greasy and is similar to natural squalene. It is a substitute for vegetable oils and liquid paraffin in emulsions. Squatol S is an emollient, giving a coherent film which protects the skin. It is suggested for use in make up, skin care, bath oils and sun baby products.
