A magician will never tell! But our formulation wizards will. UNICERT RED K7053-J is the secret ingredient that creates transparent and colorless formulas while creating this unique color stain upon application. With a touch of NATSORB ORANGE LC211, stabilized and upcycled annatto, we are able to create this Zesty Yellow lipgloss.
