For the APAC session, we have Reiko Hasegawa, Mintel Senior Analyst for Beauty and Personal Care to present Global Skincare Trends. Based in Tokyo, Reiko brings with her over a decade’s experience in trend analysis and forecasting as well as product innovation in beauty and personal care. She is responsible for analyzing and providing insights on trends in the Japanese beauty market and its influence on the world.

Then we have Jonathan Sy, our Senior Product Manager based in Singapore. He has an extensive experience in marketing and business development of cosmetics and personal care ingredients, providing his expertise from a technical point of view having worked in his early career as a product development and applications chemist.

Jonathan will be presenting Sensient Beauty’s broad extend of quality ingredients that provide high-performance and multifunctional benefits. For the EMEA session, we have Rosalia Di Gesu, Mintel Associate Director, Beauty & Personal Care to present Global Skincare Trends. Based in London, Rosalia has almost 30 years of experience working as a consumer products expert, delivering cross-category insight and commentary on innovative new product launches and trends. In her current role as Associate Director, Beauty & Personal Care, Rosalia concentrates on writing insightful content published on Mintel’s BPC Platform and identifying growth opportunities for clients.

Then we have Pamela Eklou, our Marketing Specialist based in France. She started as an Application Manager at Sensient Beauty, specializing in cosmetic colors with expertise in make-up and skincare for over 10 years. Then, she transferred to be a Color Product Manager, providing the best ingredient recommendations to her customers thanks to her technical background. Today, she is a Marketing Specialist for EMEA region, identifying and reinventing beauty trends by bringing insights highlighting consumer needs to our clients.

For the NA & LATAM session, we have Anna Keller, Mintel Global Senior Beauty Analyst to present Global Skincare Trends. Anna joined Mintel’s US analyst team with a strong background in the skincare industry translating trends and technologies into new products. Prior to her time with Mintel, Anna gained extensive experience at a contract manufacturer working across departments to drive product development.

Then we have John Chase, our Technical Manager based in United States. He has worked as an Innovation and Formulation Lab Manager at various ingredient suppliers over the past twenty years and holds several patents utilizing natural emulsifiers in novel ways.

John will be presenting Sensient Beauty’s broad extend of quality ingredients that provide high-performance and multifunctional benefits.
