QUINOLINE YELLOW 70% E104-C is a water soluble dye in compliance with EU, Japanese and Chinese cosmetic regulations. This yellow to yellowish brown powder is composed of sodium salt of quinoleic dye. It is suggested for use in make-up, skin care, sun care and toiletries products.
