For the EMEA session, we have Amandine Haissat-Ceder, Global Regulatory & EMEA Innovations Director as the presenter. She has a background in the fragrance industry, having worked for different fragrance companies in various positions and regulatory. For the past 15 years at Sensient, Amandine explored different positions, including relocating to USA, moving back to France in 2020 as the Global Regulatory Director and most recently, taking the Innovations Team in France under her wings.

For the NA & LATAM session, we have Mangat Singh, NA Regulatory Manager as the presenter. Based in New Jersey, he is responsible for managing and supporting the regulatory team members based in Saint Louis and Sao Paulo, and also our customers’ needs. Outside of Sensient, Mangat has worked with large fragrance manufacturers such as IFF, Givaudan, Firmenich and Sozio, as a Regulatory Affairs Manager or Director, where he ensured international compliance for fragrance products.
