Sparkling blue fresh eyeshadow
Texture is made thanks to Covasilic 15, a fumed treated silica. Sensibead SI 175, a porous silica, to give a more powdery finish. Covapearl AQ, hydrophilic surface treated pearls, combined with Covarine dispersions, pigment dispersions in water based system, give the color with good adhesion. Solubilisant LRI, a non-ionic emulsifier, helps to disperse the pigments and pearls for improved application.
