Lightweight, buildable and never greasy, this multitasking cream formula dries down to a powder finish with the use of MICA 8. Apply and smooth on with your fingertips: dab a small amount of product on to the apples of the cheeks and blend upward using your fingers, face brush, or damp beauty sponge.
