Unicert dyes are hydrosoluble dyes providing the color and the staining effect. Covabsorb DS protects the dyes from fading. Adjust the dyes to get the shade you want. Covasilic 15, a fumed-treated silica, increases the consistency of the formula to give this frozen gelato texture.
